Parent's Gateway

Parents Gateway is a mobile app specially designed for parents. Developed by MOE and GovTech, the app allows parents to engage closely with schools, receive information and perform a range of administrative functions including giving consent for school trips.

We strongly encourage all parents to download and make use of the Parents Gateway mobile app to receive timely updates from the school on key programmes and activities, as well as perform administrative functions more quickly.

A. Downloading the Parents Gateway Mobile App

1 . For assistance on downloading the Parents Gateway mobile app, you may view the Step-by-Step Guide Video.

2 . You can download the Parents Gateway mobile app from the following platforms:

• iOS: Apple AppStore
• Android: Google PlayStore

B. General Access to Parents Gateway

1. Access to Parents Gateway is granted to parents and legal guardians of students studying in MOE schools in Singapore. To safeguard our students’ data, only parents who are registered officially in the MOE database will be able to access the mobile app.

2. The information reflected in Parents Gateway is based on the student records in the MOE database. If there are any discrepancies in the information in Parents Gateway, please contact the school at email: gesps@moe.edu.sg to update the details.

3. You will need your SingPass to access Parents Gateway. If you currently do not have a SingPass, you can register at https://www.singpass.gov.sg/singpass/register/instructions. Should you require further assistance, please contact SingPass Helpdesk at 6643-0555.
