School Policy on Unauthorised Recordings

The school is committed to partnering with parents with sincerity, integrity and professionalism, built firmly on the basis of mutual courtesy and respect. Video or telephone calls may be recorded by the school for quality assurance purposes and are subject to strict official data protection protocols to safeguard student privacy. Our school policy prohibits unauthorised recordings during meetings and calls, as personal recordings by external parties do not have the same safeguards in place and could severely compromise student privacy and safety.
